Which visa service page should I choose?
Choose the purpose closest to your plans. Use Student Visa for education, Visitor Visa for proposed visits, Dependent Visa for joining family, Investor Visa for business or investment-related enquiries, and Other Visa for work, transit or specialist topics. The page selector is a navigation aid; the actual route needs individual verification.
Can I enquire before choosing a country?
Yes. Select “Not decided” under destination and explain your goals. For study planning, the Profile Assessment page provides a more detailed starting point.
Is this an official visa application?
No. This is an NGC enquiry form. It does not lodge an application, reserve an appointment, pay government fees or confirm eligibility.
Are permanent residency and second citizenship covered here?
You can select either topic in the general enquiry. Each also has its own detailed page so you can frame your residence or citizenship questions separately from an immediate travel enquiry.
What are the fees and processing times?
These need to be checked for the particular destination and route. Any NGC assistance, its scope and charges should be agreed separately. This page does not quote fees or promise a decision date.
Does an enquiry guarantee approval, sponsorship or employment?
No. An enquiry starts a discussion. It does not guarantee a visa, an appointment, sponsorship, employment or any immigration outcome.
What if I have an urgent immigration deadline?
Contact the relevant authority or a suitably qualified adviser promptly. Include the deadline in your enquiry, but do not rely on this form to preserve your status or extend a deadline.
How is my message sent?
Prepare the summary, review it and confirm your consent. The buttons open your email app or WhatsApp, where you send the message yourself. You can also copy or download the summary.
