Neo Global Consultants · Your documentation roadmap

One organised journey.
From assessment to arrival.

Build your document plan across profile assessment, university admission, funding, certification, visa preparation, accommodation and travel.

Use the index to organise what you have, identify questions and prepare a document-readiness summary for NGC.

This is a planning guide, not a universal submission checklist. Confirm the exact requirements with each receiving institution, lender, provider or authority.

Your suggested sequence

Prepare each stage without losing the bigger picture.

Some stages overlap. Start early, keep track of outstanding items and confirm the recipient’s instructions before paying for processing or submitting documents.

01 / PROFILE ASSESSMENT

Establish your starting point

Organise qualifications, results, interests, experience, study gaps, language-test status, budget and intended intake.

Profile assessment ↗
02 / COURSE & INSTITUTION

Build a considered shortlist

Record programme requirements, campus details, costs, deadlines and the documents requested by each institution.

Explore institutions ↗
03 / ADMISSION APPLICATION

Prepare the submission

Check academic records, statements, references and any portfolio, research or test requirements before submission.

Admission assistance ↗
04 / OFFER & ACCEPTANCE

Track outstanding conditions

Review the offer, required final documents, response deadlines, payment instructions and any acceptance conditions.

05 / FUNDING

Document the financial plan

Separate confirmed funds, scholarships, sponsorship and borrowing. Obtain the lender’s own checklist when a loan is involved.

Funding guidance ↗
06 / CERTIFICATION

Check format and authentication

Confirm whether translation, certified copies, apostille, attestation or direct issuer verification is requested.

Document certification ↗
07 / VISA PREPARATION

Follow the applicable route

Confirm official requirements, institution-issued documents, funding evidence and any additional steps for your circumstances.

Visa assistance ↗
08 / ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL

Organise your departure

Keep accommodation, travel, insurance and payment records together. Check dates and conditions before making commitments.

Travel preparation ↗
09 / ARRIVAL & ENROLMENT

Prepare for the first days

Keep arrival instructions, accommodation access details, institution contacts and enrolment requirements accessible.

Accommodation planning ↗
Before calling an item “required”

Record who needs it, why and in what format.

A document useful for one stage may not satisfy another recipient. Keep separate instructions for the university, lender and relevant authority.

CheckWhat to record
RecipientThe exact institution, department, lender, provider or authority requesting the document.
PurposeAdmission, funding, verification, visa preparation, accommodation or another specified use.
Document versionWhether a final, provisional, predicted, original, copy or electronic record is requested.
Language and certificationWhether translation, certification or authentication is needed, and whose work is accepted.
Validity or date conditionsAny issue-date, expiry, reporting-period or recency requirement stated by the recipient.
Submission routePortal upload, direct issuer transmission, sealed record, email or another specified method.
Technical formatAccepted file type, size limit, page arrangement and readability requirements.
Deadline and confirmationDue date, submission evidence, acknowledgement and any follow-up required.

Document-ready does not mean accepted. A file may be available but still need review, verification, translation or submission through a particular channel.

Use a clear title, date and version. Keep passport, account and identity numbers out of filenames.

Quality and consistency

Review the document before submitting it.

Readable and complete

Check every required page, reverse side, seal and signature. Avoid cropped edges, glare, missing pages or unreadable scans.

Consistent details

Compare names, dates, programme titles and other details. Ask the issuer how to correct discrepancies; do not alter official records.

Correct recipient format

Follow the actual upload or submission instructions. Do not compress a file so heavily that important text becomes unclear.

Authentic statements

Your statement, CV and explanations should accurately represent your own background, achievements and plans.

Controlled versions

Keep the final submitted version separate from drafts. Record the institution and submission date to avoid confusion.

Appropriate access

Share only what the recipient needs through an agreed channel. Keep original records secure and retain acknowledgements when handing them over.

This page is not a document vault. Do not upload or paste identity numbers, financial records, passwords, OTPs or confidential document contents into the planner below.

Interactive documentation planner

Build your document-readiness summary.

Search the index, filter by category and mark each item’s status. Leave irrelevant items unreviewed or mark them not applicable. Your entries are not saved automatically.

Your final destination

Keep the first-week essentials accessible.

Confirm the specific instructions for your destination and institution rather than assuming the same arrival process applies everywhere.

Travel-day access

Keep the documents requested for travel and arrival accessible, along with your itinerary and essential contact details.

Accommodation check-in

Confirm the address, key collection, check-in times and late-arrival procedure. Keep the booking and payment record available.

Institution enrolment

Check what original records, appointments or identity checks your institution requests and where to attend.

Official next steps

Check whether any post-arrival action applies to your route and record the instructions and deadlines from the responsible authority.

Financial and contact setup

Plan access to funds, phone connectivity and your email. Ask each provider which documents it needs.

Records and support

Keep copies of enrolment confirmations, receipts and important communications. Know how to contact student support.

Documentation FAQs

Clear answers before you submit.

Do I need every document in this index?

No. The index covers several possible stages and circumstances. Requirements must be confirmed with the actual recipient. Use “Not applicable” only when appropriate, and ask when unsure.

Does marking an item available mean it has been checked?

No. It records your own readiness assessment. Availability, accuracy, validity and acceptance are separate matters.

Can I use the same statement for every university?

Review each programme’s instructions, questions and word limits. Keep your statements truthful and relevant to the application.

What if my name or other details differ across documents?

Ask the issuer and receiving organisation how the discrepancy should be resolved. Do not edit an official record yourself.

Should I arrange apostille or attestation for everything?

Do not arrange processing automatically. Confirm the requirement for the document, issuing country, destination and recipient first.

Can I upload documents through this page?

No. This page records document titles and readiness statuses only. Arrange an appropriate document-sharing channel separately.

Will my checklist be saved when I leave?

This widget does not store your plan in a database or browser storage. Download or copy the summary before leaving. Your browser may retain some autofill information according to its settings.

Does this submit a university, loan or visa application?

No. It creates a planning summary for discussion with NGC. Each formal application follows its own confirmed process.
